DR AHMAD SAMSURI MOKHTAR berusia 48 tahun dikurniakan 6 orng cahaya mata bersama psangan beliau seorang pendidik. Suami kepada Tuan Faizah Tuan Abdul Rahman ini merupkaan pemegang Doktor Falsafah Aero-Engine dari Universiti of Leeds, United Kingdom pada tahun 2001.Graduan dari Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia ini turut menyempurnakan Ijazah Sarjana dalam Pembakaran dan Tenaga juga dari Universiti Of Leeds, United Kingdom pada tahun 1996.
